Derek brings a work ethic to our company that gives us confidence in providing high volume as well as high quality audits to our customers. With approximately 8 years of experience Derek has quickly developed into a senior auditor understanding special industry classifications while simultaneously educating customers regarding the industry rules and impact on their businesses. Derek understands the importance of working with the customer to provide a positive experience while conducting a final audit. Many times, the only face to face interaction the customer has is with the auditor. Derek understands this is the case and always conducts himself in a professional manner.
Derek worked most recently with Insurance Company of the West (ICW) conducting audits primarily in the Redding and Central Valley, California. The standards learned and integrated from his ICW training have allowed him to provide detailed audits which can be easily followed by the customers and their agents. He was also able to solidify his expertise in the agricultural industry. Derek also worked for Lowry & Associates before joining ICW in 2015.
