TIM LUQUE, SECRETARY • COO

Tim Luque, Vice President

Tim has demonstrated the ability to successfully train auditors including developing their technical skills and guiding them
through unforeseen circumstances which occur on a daily basis. He began his premium audit career working as a fee auditor in the San Jose region. He quickly began providing services for various insurance carriers as part of quality control measures. In addition, he has worked closely with insurance agencies to assist with audit disputes and perform re-audits in order to help agencies understand their client's final audit results. Most recently, Tim was able to work closely with management at Pacific Compensation Insurance Company over the past two years in order to strengthen his technical skills as well as understand the customer service skills required to meet the demands of the insured, the agents, underwriters and internal management. The experience at Pacific Compensation allowed Tim to gain experience with all aspects of the premium audit business.

Tim graduated from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and went on to work for two of the Big 4 accounting firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche. His experience working in public accounting taught him the importance of organization, communication
and work ethic.

"I have gone to great lengths, and in some cases beyond what is required by the reporting guidelines to ensure all of my filings are beyond reproach, by hiring an independent third-party accounting firm to review and audit all of my previous annual financial disclosures."
